Built and led Cubic’s Global Business Services organization from inception, reporting to the CHRO, owning a USD 15M P&L across a 6,000+ employee global enterprise spanning North America, Europe, and APAC.
Built and scaled a 200+ member multi-functional GBS organization, expanding scope beyond HR Shared Services and Global Payroll into Finance, IT Applications, Procurement, Internal Audit, and Business Analytics.
Consolidated fragmented regional service delivery into a centralized shared services platform, delivering USD 3M+ in cost optimization within the first 12 months through consolidation, automation, and vendor rationalization.
Oversaw enterprise HR technology integrations across Workday, SAP HCM, and ADP, and introduced Tableau- driven people analytics and finance dashboards for executive decision-making.
Designed the enterprise GBS operating model integrating HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, and Shared Services, with defined SLAs, OLAs, and escalation governance.
Stabilized complex service transitions, restoring SLA compliance and payroll accuracy while reducing operational risk exposure across global service lines.
