As Procloz expanded its Employer of Record (EOR) services, managing employee onboarding and lifecycle activities across multiple clients became increasingly complex. Many HR processes were still handled through emails, spreadsheets, and disconnected systems, resulting in delays, limited visibility, and inconsistent employee experiences. The organization needed a digital platform that could streamline the entire employee journey while supporting the unique requirements of EOR operations.

EVYA was developed as an internal HCM and EOR platform to digitize the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding and document management to employee records and HR workflows.

The platform was designed to simplify EOR operations, reduce manual effort, improve compliance, and provide HR teams with a single system to manage employees throughout their employment journey.

My Role

I led the product vision, business requirements, and platform design for EVYA, working closely with HR, operations, product, and technology teams to define user journeys, prioritize features, and deliver a scalable platform tailored to the operational needs of an EOR business.
