As Safeguard Global’s global payroll business expanded, payroll teams managed thousands of sensitive payroll files from clients across multiple countries. Files arrived through emails, shared folders, and different transfer methods, creating security risks, inconsistent processes, and significant manual effort. The organization needed a secure, standardized platform to automate payroll file handling while protecting confidential employee data.

I led the strategy, design, and delivery of TalentIQ, working closely with payroll, operations, and technology teams to define the automation framework, security standards, and end-to-end workflow.
