COSTEN

Digital Travel & Expense platform launched from idea to market within 12 months.

Managing corporate travel and employee expenses was often a slow, manual process involving spreadsheets, paper receipts, multiple approvals, and disconnected financial systems. Organizations struggled with poor visibility into spending, delayed reimbursements, and compliance challenges. Procloz recognized the need for a modern, digital-first platform that could simplify expense management while giving businesses greater control over corporate spending.

The Challenge

Employees found expense reporting time-consuming, while finance teams spent significant effort validating claims, enforcing policies, and processing reimbursements.

Common challenges included:

  • Manual expense submissions and approvals
  • Limited visibility into travel and expense spending
  • Slow reimbursement cycles
  • Policy violations and compliance risks
  • Disconnected finance and payroll systems
  • Inefficient reporting and audit processes

The organization needed a platform that could digitize the entire travel and expense lifecycle.

Why It Was Built

COSTEN was built to provide an end-to-end digital Travel & Expense (T&E) solution that streamlined expense reporting, automated approval workflows, and provided real-time visibility into corporate spending.

The goal was to replace manual, paper-based processes with a user-friendly platform that improved employee experience while strengthening financial governance and compliance.

From concept to commercial launch, the platform was successfully brought to market within just 12 months.

My Role

I led the product strategy and end-to-end delivery of COSTEN, from concept validation and business case development to product design, cross-functional execution, and go-to-market launch. I worked closely with business, technology, and product teams to define the platform roadmap and deliver a scalable fintech solution within an accelerated timeline.

Problem It Solves

COSTEN digitizes the entire travel and expense process, enabling organizations to:

  • Automate expense submissions and approvals
  • Digitize receipt capture and expense tracking
  • Enforce corporate travel and expense policies
  • Accelerate reimbursement cycles
  • Improve financial visibility through real-time dashboards
  • Simplify compliance and audit readiness
  • Integrate expense data with finance and payroll systems

The platform reduces administrative effort while giving organizations greater control over employee spending.

Lasting Value

By launching a fully integrated Travel & Expense platform from idea to market in just 12 months, it enabled organizations to improve operational efficiency, strengthen financial governance, and provide employees with a faster, simpler, and more transparent expense management experience.

EWIP

Transformed fragmented HR reporting into a real-time executive decision support system.

As Cubic continued to grow globally, workforce data became increasingly fragmented across HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Finance systems. Leadership had access to large volumes of data, but very little real-time insight. Reports were manually consolidated, often outdated, and difficult to use for strategic decision-making. The organization needed a single platform that could transform workforce data into actionable business intelligence.

The Challenge

Critical workforce information was scattered across multiple systems, making it difficult for executives to gain a holistic view of organizational performance.

Key challenges included:

  • Disconnected HR and workforce data
  • Manual reporting across multiple business functions
  • Inconsistent workforce metrics
  • Limited visibility into workforce trends
  • Delayed executive reporting
  • Difficulty making timely, data-driven workforce decisions

Leadership needed real-time visibility instead of historical reports.

Why It Was Built

EWIP (Enterprise Workforce Intelligence Platform) was developed to consolidate workforce data into a single executive intelligence platform.

The solution brought together information from HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Finance to provide leadership with real-time dashboards, predictive insights, and workforce analytics that supported strategic planning and operational decision-making.

My Role

I led the vision, business strategy, and development of EWIP by defining the workforce analytics framework, executive dashboards, KPI architecture, and cross-functional requirements. I collaborated with business and technology teams to deliver a platform that transformed workforce reporting into strategic decision intelligence.

Problem It Solves

EWIP provides a single source of truth for workforce intelligence, enabling organizations to:

  • Monitor global workforce performance in real time
  • Analyze headcount, hiring, and attrition trends
  • Track workforce productivity and labour costs
  • Measure recruitment and talent acquisition performance
  • Support strategic workforce planning
  • Deliver executive dashboards with actionable insights
  • Enable data-driven workforce decisions across the enterprise

The platform replaces fragmented reporting with intelligent, real-time workforce analytics.

Lasting Value

EWIP transformed workforce reporting from a reactive administrative process into a strategic business capability. By providing executives with real-time visibility into workforce performance and trends, the platform enabled faster decision-making, improved workforce planning, and strengthened the alignment between people strategy and business objectives.

PTIF

Predictive analytics framework for high-potential identification, engagement, and succession planning.

As Safeguard Global expanded rapidly across global markets, identifying and developing future leaders became a strategic priority. Traditional talent reviews relied heavily on manager assessments and annual performance evaluations, making it difficult to consistently identify high-potential employees across a growing international workforce. The organization needed a more objective, data-driven approach to talent management and succession planning.

The Challenge

Talent decisions were often based on historical performance rather than future potential, limiting the organization’s ability to build a strong leadership pipeline.

Key challenges included:

  • Subjective identification of high-potential talent
  • Limited visibility into succession readiness
  • Difficulty predicting employee attrition
  • Disconnected talent and performance data
  • Reactive workforce planning
  • Inconsistent talent development decisions across regions

Leadership needed predictive insights instead of retrospective reviews.

Why It Was Built

PTIF (Predictive Talent Intelligence Framework) was developed to combine workforce, performance, engagement, learning, and career data into a single predictive analytics framework.

The platform enabled HR and business leaders to identify future leaders, anticipate talent risks, strengthen succession planning, and make data-driven decisions about talent development and workforce planning.

My Role

I led the vision, framework design, and implementation strategy for PTIF by defining the predictive talent model, key workforce indicators, and analytics framework. I partnered with HR, business leaders, and technology teams to build a scalable solution that transformed talent management from intuition-based decisions to predictive intelligence.

Problem It Solves

PTIF enables organizations to make proactive talent decisions by providing insights into workforce potential and future leadership readiness.

The platform helps organizations to:

  • Identify high-potential employees
  • Assess leadership readiness
  • Strengthen succession planning
  • Predict employee attrition risks
  • Prioritize talent development investments
  • Measure engagement alongside performance
  • Support strategic workforce planning with predictive analytics

The result is a more objective, data-driven approach to building future leadership.

Lasting Value

PTIF transformed talent management from an annual HR process into a continuous strategic capability. By combining predictive analytics with workforce intelligence, the framework helped Safeguard Global build stronger leadership pipelines, improve succession planning, reduce talent risks, and align people strategy with long-term business growth.
